This policy explains how Mohitraj Research Tech Pvt. Ltd. handles personal data for the GoDigitally website and GoDigitally One.
What we collect
- Enquiries and signup: name, company, e-mail, mobile, city, GSTIN (optional) and your message.
- Account: users' names, e-mail addresses and a securely hashed password - we never store passwords in readable form.
- Your business data: what your company enters in the application (customers, invoices, employees ...).
- Payments: handled by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference - never your card or bank details.
- Technical data: sign-in records and an address hash used to stop abuse.
How we use it
- To provide and support the service, answer enquiries and send account e-mails such as verification codes and renewal reminders.
- We do not sell personal data.
How we protect it
- Each company's data is kept separate and visible only to its own users, according to their roles.
- Sensitive fields (such as PAN and bank account numbers) are encrypted; important changes are audited.
Your choices
You can view, correct and export your data in the application. To ask about or delete your data, write to support@godigitally.co.in.
