These terms apply to GoDigitally One, provided by Mohitraj Research Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your company.
1. Your account
- You give correct details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what users of your account do.
- The person who signs up becomes the company administrator and can add users, roles and branches.
- One company account per verified e-mail address.
2. Plans, demos and payment
- Plans, prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees; GST is added at checkout.
- A free demo runs for the number of days shown at signup. When it ends, your data stays available to view and export until you choose a paid plan.
- Paid plans are paid in advance for a month or a year. A plan starts when the payment is confirmed.
- If a paid period ends without renewal, you keep full access for a short grace period, then read-only access - you can always view and export your data.
- Refunds are considered case by case; please contact us.
3. Your data
- The data you enter belongs to your company. We use it only to provide the service. See our privacy policy.
- You can export your data at any time.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to try to access other companies' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is". We may improve features and update these terms; important changes are announced in the application.
